1. The hygiene and cleanliness were absolutely terrible. I was staying alone, and when I checked in and found the room dirty, I requested a room change from the reception. To my horror, the second room was even worse: the table was covered in grease marks and fingerprints, the floor was extremely dusty, and there was even un-flushed stool left in the toilet bowl 2. It was past midnight, and there was still a band playing nearby, which was extremely noisy. The front desk staff downstairs was a foreign worker who couldn't help at all. In the end, I had to call the police station myself to handle the situation 3. The front desk charges a check-in deposit of RM 10 per person, which was never mentioned on the 永安 platform 4. The photos are completely different from the actual room. There is difference. 5. There are many other similar hotels nearby for around the same price. Avoid this place at all costs! 1. 衞生和清潔非常不理想。入住時發現房間不乾淨，向前台要求換房，換了後發現第二間更糟糕：桌子有油跡手指印，地上都是灰塵，馬桶還有大便沒衝乾淨 2. 晚上十二點多了，旁邊還有人打band，非常吵，樓下前台工作人員是外勞，幫不上忙，最後還要我自己打電話給警察局來處理 3. 前台會收一人RM10的入住抵押金，但在永安平台是沒有提起過的 4. 照片跟實際房間不同，差很多 5. 附近還有好幾家同類型的酒店，千萬別選這家！

This hotel is suitable only for one night stay coz the room is very small and there is nowhere to hang clothes. The room was clean and with a fragrant odour. It is only months old so everything still look good. The location is good, only few minutes walk to the waterfront. There are restaurants, cafes and also fast food outlets along the beach, wide choice of food selection. The area is quiet at night, a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Overall is ok with this price. Just that the only thing that concern us is that the room was full of stinky smell. I hope this can be improved.
