Świetnie położony hotel w samym centrum Reykjaviku.Czysta pościel no i pokój wyłącznie dla mnie. Na plus też kawa i herbata dostępne na dole. Jest też mikrofalówka. Budynek dość stary, ale jeśli potrzebujecie się przespać w przyzwoitej cenie i nie lubicie wieloosobowych sal to polecam. Na minus to było to, że w niedzielę rano pomieszczenie z kawą i herbatą zostało zamknięte. Mieliśmy też alarm pożarowy o 2 w nocy, ale okazało się że nic się nie stało.

В целом, место неплохое, номера хорошие и относительно просторные, удобно до многих локаций в центре (да и в городе в целом), приятный персонал, который занимается уборкой, но есть нюанс, что много людей с улицы приходит и проводит свое время как им вздумается, хотелось бы большей приватности и отсутствия посторонних личностей.

I am beyond outraged. This hotel did not just provide poor service; they committed a gross violation of my rights and property. 1. Safety Breach: On day one, they gave me a key to an occupied room. I walked in on another guest. Zero privacy, zero security. 2. Illegal Disposal of Belongings: On day two, while I was still a checked-in guest, the hotel entered my room without notice, cleared out all my personal belongings, and THREW THEM INTO THE TRASH/GARBAGE STATION. They treated my personal property like waste. 3. Broken Promises: The manager admitted fault face-to-face and promised a 50% refund. Since then, the hotel has gone COMPLETELY SILENT. They are ignoring the 永安 platform and refusing to process the refund they agreed to. WARNING: This hotel has no respect for your safety or your property. They literally threw my life into the trash. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want your luggage ending up in a dumpster.

Maybe it is my fault for expecting hotels in Iceland to have little to no, if not relatively poor service as a whole, but my booking issues with them, the communication leading up to the stay and overall interaction with staff was next to none, Save for the on-site staff that I got to bump into, it's pretty much non-existent. The Booking itself, alongside a mistake with the app, and the hotel refusing to offer direct communication, and lying throughout the whole ordeal when it came to "calling back" was literal hell. That being said the say was, fine? It's a place to rest, that's all I can say. The breakfast was definitely pathetic, but like the first statement it might've been my fault for expecting something substantial,. Definitely don't get the breakfast, don't use the hot coffee/cocoa machine since it's broken or unfilled half the time. Seek out amenities at the grocery stores nearby instead.

Fourth floor. No hotpot or microwave, so no way to have hot tea or coffee. The only Machine to heat water was on ground floor and broken. Toilet on 4th floor wouldn't flush, but was used all weekend anyway and because no housekeeping on Sunday by Monday a.m. the hallway stank like sewage and we packed and left.
