極光旅館 (Guesthouse Aurora)

I believe Chris was the owner and made me feel welcomed when I first arrived. He was very friendly and outgoing and gave me a room that was in a perfect location near the doorway. It was very easy coming in and out. The cleaning staff member was also very friendly and she loved to chat with their guests. The bed was very comfortable and soft! I fell asleep quickly knowing that it was still light outside as Iceland gets in June to August. The location was perfect! It was an easy walk to the bus terminal for the airport and very close to the famous Hallgrimskirkja Church as well as the rainbow street. However, there were some cons though. Wished the curtains in the bedroom could be a bit longer in length for the windows at night and having 3 separate keys to go in each doorway can get a bit annoying.

Nice guesthouse, in a two steps from Hallgrímskirkja and 10 minutes by foot from the Bus station. Agnes is sweet. Thank you.

10分鮮艷的早餐, 種類豐富，在物價高的冰島來說性價比很高 位置極佳，在教堂的5分鐘步行距離內 附近是8號車站，可以乘坐 flybys 前往機場 也是day tour 的 pick up point

It's so close to the church and the Rainbow road! Quiet and peaceful place to live in. Lovely hotel!

這家酒店取了極光兩個字，讓旅客好奇。其實與極光毫無關係。房間非常小，打開行李箱的空間都沒有。更難堪的是沒有獨立衞生間，幾個房間共用一個公共衞生間。後來的旅客莫上當。

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Guesthouse Aurora, where the charm of the establishment was only matched by the warmth of its hosts. Before arrival, we were worried that we cannot checkin because we took a night flight. However, when i called the staff, he answered that even our arrival time is out of customer service, he could leave the key and PIN code for us to self-checkin, he also went beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process. Their attention to detail and eagerness to assist with any inquiries set the tone for a delightful stay. The guesthouse itself boasted a quaint and cozy atmosphere, with communal areas that were well-kept and adorned with tasteful decorations, offering a homely comfort that was immediately noticeable. The included breakfast was a highlight of the stay, featuring a generous spread of both local and continental options, freshly prepared and sure to satisfy a variety of tastes. The morning meal provided a wonderful opportunity to mingle with other guests and exchange travel tales, all while enjoying the delightful array of food. However, it's worth noting that the room space was somewhat compact. While the room was impeccably clean and well-equipped with the necessary amenities, the limited space could pose a slight inconvenience, especially for those with a significant amount of luggage or a
