卡薩特拉挪伊酒店 (Hotel Casa Tra Noi)

性價比很高， 就是酒店在山上， 出行都要上下一會階梯， 建議第一天到達時可以打出租車。 要不爬坡是有點累的。 周圍三棟房子都是這家酒店的。

連住兩天非常滿意，此行意大利最佳。 房間比想象中好，單人房卻給了我一張雙人床，有冰箱有早餐獨缺燒水壺，還有一個蠻大的陽台可以看當地老百姓的日常；非常安靜，距離聖彼得大教堂和梵蒂岡比較近，國外的老年旅行團會選擇這裏；往下面走幾分鐘有一個家樂福，最棒的是有火車站Roma S. Pietro，40分鐘直達機場，對於最後一天早上去機場的我來説太方便啦！ 如果説缺點，因為建在高處有點難找，拖着行李箱走起來吃力。

I rarely write negative reviews, but this was honestly one of the worst stays I’ve experienced. The room lacked basic amenities: no kettle, no tea/coffee, no cups, no refrigerator, no water bottle, no tissues, and no trash bin in the room (only one in the bathroom). When I asked, I was told they simply don’t provide these items. The room was old, damp, and poorly maintained, with strange insects inside. The bathroom was outdated and dirty, with no heating. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, noisy with every movement, and the metal springs became cold at night. There was no soundproofing I could hear everything from neighboring rooms. During my stay, there was construction above my room, which was very disturbing. Rooms under renovation should not be assigned to guests. The air conditioner did not function properly, and even reception couldn’t fix it. I had to use a portable heater instead. Breakfast was poor quality, and there was no proper internet signal in the breakfast area. Access to the hotel is also very difficult. If you arrive by train, expect a steep 10-minute uphill walk with long staircases extremely challenging with luggage and possibly more stairs inside the building. The reception experience was unprofessional. I was kept waiting while staff were texting and laughing. Most staff could not communicate in basic English, and at times calls to reception were simply hung up. A staff member named Alicia was particularly unpleasant in her attitude. Overall, my stay was stressful and uncomfortable from start to finish. I also believe that any platform selling this hotel shares responsibility. Basic cleanliness, functionality, and minimum hospitality standards are not luxury expectations — they are fundamental. Platforms should ensure properties meet these standards or clearly disclose their real condition.

廁所異味非常重，床比較乾淨，主要是地理位置很偏，離梵蒂岡一點也不近，酒店位置需要爬一個很高的坡，走路上下非常不方便，開車度假的話很推薦，旅遊想去景點的話，通勤費也很貴了

Not bad!

The room was spotless, and it was clear it had been recently refurbished, offering great value for the price. However, the thin walls were a major drawback, as every sound from neighbouring rooms was audible, causing frequent disturbances throughout the night. Additionally, on the last day, there was no cold water, making it impossible to shower. When we reported this to the receptionist, they unhelpfully suggested we should have complained the day before, despite the issue only arising that mornig — we cannot predict the future lol Despite of this, I would probably stay again as it is good value for money.

The location is OK, close to Vatican city. Restaurants nearby are nice with good price. But the hotel is equipped with really old facilities.

Smell of the waste water and only one plug in the bathrooom and no plug at all in the room, breakfast was satisfied

Everything was nice but we had bad service and terrible food , in the morning a guy that works at the hotel in maintenance knocked at our door and started screaming at me because he didn’t understand English nor I understood Italian, very mean , We got the breakfast and I think it’s worst one I’ve tried ever in a hotel. And zero amenities
