Great hotel. Cheap and conveniently located. Clean and spacious rooms. We had Vietnamese food at a restaurant called Saigon that is not far from the hotel.

The place was beautiful and neat. We booked a 2bedroom apartment for the fanily. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal and everything came as advertised. I’d totally come back.

Wonderful rooms, clean, everything perfect but they didn’t have water.. no water at all in the washroom and shower. Receptionist literally told us to go to the next door building for a shower 😂. Anyways, 永安 tried to mediate the issue, ultimately at the end of the day the night shift receptionist was kind enough to contact the franchise’s other hotel which was also within Sandton to give us a room there, so ended well, atleast they assisted.

The experience was amazing. We loved the interior of the room. The staff were ready to help and friendly and very welcoming. We also loved how trustworthy they were. We forgot our MacBook in the room and only realised 2hours after check out that it was missing.
