Great place, clean comfort and great locations to BART and trams to go everywhere you need. Would stay here again. Always a great experience.

This was my third stay this year. This stay one of the elevators was broken which made wait times longer, the internet was also not working for more than 24 hours. Room cleaning was a bit hit and miss, they seem to clean every other day, but don’t make the bed, just change the towels and garbage, a bit strange to not make the bed. Some days housekeeping would leave only one towel, other days 2. The neighbourhood is fine if you are used to San Francisco but I wouldn’t suggest single females to stay, everyone else it’s fine as the muni/bart station is 1 min from the hotel entrance but I wouldn’t book this hotel for my sister for example.

Cool hotel in line with Yotel brand. Very close to BART and Muni station (within 1 min), and bus stops. If you haven’t been to SF before you need to understand how Market Street is, there are lots of homeless people around this area, it’s quite urban but the hotel itself is very secure, and a well priced place to lay your head.

Location is good easy access to some of the places by walking for example Union Square and China town. Also, subway station just a few minutes walk.  Room is clean although is small but fit to put 2 big luggage bags on the floor. Hotel provided simple breakfast although it’s not in our booking package.

Sad experience. The hotel itself looks modern and overall appears clean, but many details make the stay uncomfortable. Rooms are not actually cleaned during the stay. Towels are not replaced and the bed is not made. Basic amenities are missing: no slippers, no toothbrush or toothpaste, and not even a paper cup for brushing teeth. The only supplies provided are toilet paper, tissue, and liquid soap/shampoo/conditioner. There are two bottles of water in the room, priced at $4 each. They are not refilled because housekeeping does not enter the room. The price is written on the cap, which is easy to miss. Other inconveniences: • No fridge in the room. • Presence sensor cuts electricity after about 10 minutes, so phone charging can stop even if you are showering or sitting on the toilet. • Shower pressure is extremely low due to water-saving shower heads. • Shower door does not close properly, so water ends up all over the bathroom floor. Breakfast is minimal, but the pastries are actually good. 🥐 The surrounding area is the biggest downside. After about 7pm it feels unsafe. There are many intoxicated or drug-affected people outside and loud Bluetooth speakers at night. Nearby shops are small convenience stores with people hanging around the entrance, which makes it uncomfortable to even go in to buy water or a toothbrush. 🚫🌃 The price might be relatively affordable, but that should not mean cutting corners on safety or basic amenities. Overall: modern design and generally clean, but many frustrating details and a difficult neighbourhood. ⚠️

Hotel is good but the location is bad! This is tenderloin area.

我説句公道話，真對得起這個價，我一個人出來玩，在三藩市待了四天三晚，這裏絕對性價比高。服務環境設施啥的都是三星級標準，唯一不好的就是洗衣服務也太貴了😅洗了三件短袖一條短褲話我三十多刀，可能是國外的原因一些空調啊熱水啊換氣扇的一開始都搞不懂，自己多擰一下調一下就好了…我住的是單人間，忘拍照了hhhhh

Hotel is accommodating, clean, nice ambiance. Good breakfast and friendly people.
