(GREEN MAX HOTEL)

Extremely disappointing Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a very disappointing experience. The entire hotel feels old and poorly maintained, and many things clearly need to be renovated or replaced. The toiletries were especially frustrating, the shampoo was so heavily diluted that it was basically water. There was also a constant unpleasant smell coming from the toilets. The staff’s English was quite poor, which made communication unnecessarily difficult. The towels in the room were not changed every day. For a six-day stay, we were given only one pair of slippers and one sanitary kit for the entire stay. There were also no proper blankets in the room. Instead, we were given thin waffle sheets, which provided very little warmth. The alcoholic drinks were absolutely terrible and, in my opinion, not drinkable at all. On the positive side, the food was actually good, and I really appreciated having decaf coffee available. The entertainment was also interesting and enjoyable. Unfortunately, these positives do not compensate for the overall poor condition of the hotel and the lack of basic service standards. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

Take this review seriously and don't trust the positive comments clearly they are fake. Starting with the horrible smelling towels in the room and cleaning lady who takes the tip and and just fold the dirty towels back and makes the mirror dirtier than before. We asked to fill the mini fridge specifically and it wasn't filled. Food was tasteless and cold except the gözleme lady that cooks very tasty during the day outside. Dessert are clearly all chemical and not edible. Whole building needs serious renovation. Do plays music inconsistently very loud or very low. We have come from a different hotel and as soon as you enter the hotel and start exploring horrible feeling comes like you want to leave already. I have even asked if we could get a refund for 2 nights on our 3 night stay. They are fully concentrated on Russian tourists so %95 of the hotel we're Russian speaking people. You had to pay for freshly squeezed orange juice even though it's full inclusive. The market charges 6 euro for a pack of cigarettes and 10 eur for heets for the IQOS when in shop cigarettes cost 2 eur and IQOS packs cost like 5 eur. Windows all around the building including rooms hasn't been cleaned since 1992 probably as this was the year hotel was opened. Barely visible and all sticky. There are very visible mold in the Air conditioning vents and as well as showers. Avoid this hotel at all cost.

The hotel is in pretty time-worn state. No cracks in the walls, but... you can feel that oldness. Lifts are nightmare: only 1 works, they are missing levels, don't open doors. Very important moment: this hotel is focused on Russian tourists (85% of all guests), so you should be aware about environment.

One of the biggest letdowns was the drinks—the alcohol is clearly fake. They’ve added some kind of flavoring to mimic the taste, but there’s no actual alcohol content. It felt deceptive and took away from the “all-inclusive” experience. The beach area was another downside. It feels more like a public beach—crowded, noisy, and lacking any sense of exclusivity or comfort.

Çalışanlar çok çok iyilerdi. Teşekkür ederiz.
