Her şeyden çok memnun kaldık çalışan arkadaşlar özellikle pastane şefi Nur hanıma çok teşekkür ederiz doğum günümüz için bize özel pasta hazırladılar.

Genel olarak herşey çok ortalamaydı. Bize verilen odaya resepsiyonun yanındaki yangın merdiveninden çıkılıyordu. Bu da sanki sığıntıymışız hissiyatı verdi. Minibar çok yetersizdi. Yemeklerin lezzeti güzeldi. Diş fırçasıyla macun istediğimizde otelde böyle bir olanak olmadığı söylendi. Açıkçası ilk defa bir otelde diş fırçasıyla macun verilmediğini gördüm ve kendimizin satın almamız gerekti. Otel ve eşyalar genel olarak biraz eskiydi. Yani çok büyük beklentiler olmadan kampanyalı vs denk getirebilirseniz idare eder diyebilirim.

Ich habe das Hotel Crystal aufgrund der sehr guten Bewertungen für mich, meinen Mann und meinen Sohn gebucht und für 2 Nächte 1.325 € bezahlt – leider war es eine große Enttäuschung. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und in einem schlechten Zustand. Die Einrichtung ist alt, vieles wirkt ungepflegt oder beschädigt. Aus der Klimaanlage tropfte Wasser, was sehr störend war. Auch das Essen war enttäuschend: wenig Auswahl, geschmacklich schwach und nicht frisch. Leider hatten wir danach alle Magen-Darm-Beschwerden mit Erbrechen und Durchfall. Wie dieses Hotel so gute Bewertungen bekommen hat, ist für mich absolut unverständlich. Wir würden definitiv nicht wiederkommen.

Crystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic! We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations. Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality. Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow. The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high. Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours! Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent: 1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun. 2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat 永安 in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings. In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!
