Really good hotel for the price. The pool was a nice addition, beds were comfy and room and bathroom were clean. Aircon worked perfectly

I really enjoyed my stay for about 11 days. As per my other reviews the kaya was excellent quiet, and no one bothered me while I was there. I came found an apartment and moved on. The staff was my kinda people dont bother you unless you bother them. Will send my visitors there

Please be careful with this hotel. There are a few Turkish people who run this place. I initially liked the re place and considered staying there long term for a month. But unfortunately strange things started happening. 1. Somehow 2 of room key cards disappeared and manager demanded I pay 5$ per each. 2. Shower head broke because it was in bad condition and again manager demanded I pay 5$ for it. 3. Then he threatened to call police. I said sure call police. Immediately he said ok no please leave premises he will not call police. 4. O.33 liter water costs 1$ which is extreme overcharge in Cambodia. 5. Very shady place. Better stay away from it.
