房間吧枱放水的位置有螞蟻，床品很差，很劣質，三天沒搞過衞生，第一夜渾身不舒服的睡不着，不能退酒店衹能每天逛很晚才回酒店。不過店家的服務態度是很好的，我們沒那麼多現金交按金就沒收，這點非常感謝🙏🏻

非常差的體驗，避雷避雷！！！筒子樓、毛坯房，浴室臟，洗手枱漏水，不提供衞生清潔服務，更換毛巾要自己去拿，提前退房拒不退費。點贊永安客服，積極協調幫助解決問題。千萬避雷！

去學校開畢業典禮，帶着爸媽順便在市中心玩幾天，想着新加坡酒店太貴了就訂的三人間，實際上體驗是非常非常的不好。 先説優點： 非常市中心，在bugis，離大部分的景點公交地鐵都20分鐘可以到，步行也是舒適的。 然後是缺點： 首先裝修很差，設施都不是很新，吹風機要一直用手按在插頭上才能穩定吹風，電視也是壞的，總是卡卡的；連續住了四天，如果不要求，是不會給你更換毛巾和礦泉水的。房卡衹給一張，多次要求還是沒有記住給我。 當天晚上七點我們發現衹有兩床被子，我向前台多要一雙，告知要明早才能給我（前台的英文真的很奇怪，可以看p2） 我們選的的靠街的“豪華四人間” ，爸媽睡眠質量不好，沿街有點吵所以第二天我要換房間，前台答應了給我604，然後當天遊玩結束了回酒店跟我説沒有給我6樓，而是3樓。 然後房間是更小的雙人間了，更糟糕的是，其中一個床是拼的壞床，一半是軟的一半是硬的。 還有很多這樣的事情，總之是一次非常尷尬的經歷，下次帶爸媽還是要慎重選擇

環境差到離譜，國內四線城市50塊一晚那種，要價1600+rmb，床單像有人尿上面了，天花板像被炮轟了，梳化床掀開一層床單好像有人拉上面了，地上都是不知名棕色污漬，螞蟻滿地爬，半夜被癢醒，打開空調好像刮北風了，裸露的水管和窗沿上全是灰，忍了一晚直接拖行李跑路，也不給退款，打掃衞生的人滿臉活人微亖，自己光着黑乎乎的腳底板滿哪亂竄，酒店是介紹工業風，但沒讓你真把工業區搬進來吧，早點倒閉吧，大家狠狠避雷!!!!!

100% DO NOT RECOMMEND. Booked for 3 adults for 5 nights and didn’t stay even for one. If you are looking for a hotel with ant infestation (on all surfaces, towels, and bed), mold, smelly rooms, and dust, then you are in the right place. We couldn’t sleep in the bed because ants were already sleeping there. We asked for a room change and discovered all rooms were ant infested, last room shown with no ants had a broken lock. We went out in the middle of the night to find a new hotel and didn’t get our money back from Calmo. I emailed the hotel CS, and they said that after our complaint they did deep cleaning and pest control. Did they need to be reminded to do so by guests? I would sleep in the streets and not in this hotel. Very bad experience.

The hotel front desk staff was very friendly and nice. However, you should be noted that it is not very clean compared ( there were molds in the bathroom sink and some damages on the bathroom door ). They will only send the cleaning if you request them but still, after they clean the room, we got the moldy smell from the floor, probably from the dirty mop they use. It smelt very punget like a wet cloth that wasn’t washed and dried properly. But the location was very close to the MRT and downtown and there were so many restaurants around the area. If you are not picky about the cleaniess and need a three person room, this hotel is the perfect pick for you. I have attached the photo of the street the hotel is located in. It is really lively at night especially on the weekends where they closed off the road for the restaurants. P.S - Don’t be too shocked if you see the ceiling of the room. It doesn’t look good but it didn’t really matter for us.

Khách sạn gần mrt, khu ăn uống đông đúc, trung tâm mua sắm Bugis rất tiện. Khách sạn dạng tầng chung cư nên mặt tiền hơi nhỏ, thang máy vừa đủ không rộng lắm, vệ sinh sạch sẽ, phòng vừa đủ cho gia đình 3 người lớn + 1 trẻ em. Nhà vệ sinh vừa mới sửa sang nên sạch đẹp. Chủ yếu về ngủ và tắm rửa nên mình thấy rất ổn áp với gia đình mình.
