Room is clean and service is good. Overall stay is good experience.

Wir hatten das Hotel für 3 Nächte gebucht und dachten, zum übernachten brauchen wir nichts besonderes, da wir sowieso den ganzen Tag unterwegs sind. Als wir in das Zimmer gekommen sind, ist uns direkt ein penetranter Geruch entgegen gekommen. Eine Mischung aus Urin, Schimmel und Feuchtigkeit. Die Tapeten hingen schon runter, dahinter kam Schimmel hervor. Der Duschvorhang war verschimmelt und das Zimmerfenster hatte nicht einmal mehr einen Griff zum schließen und war dauerhaft offen. Auch wenn es verhältnismäßig günstiger war, entsprach es nicht den Bildern und rechtfertigt nicht die schlechte Hygiene. Selbst nur für eine Nacht würde ich es nicht mehr buchen.

Es spielt gar keine Rolle ob eine Familie dort einen Aufenthalt bucht oder eine einzelne Person. Und auch wenn es dort sauber ist, das größte Problem bleibt. SCHIMMEL!!!!! Die Zimmer sind mit Schimmelgeruch durchtränkt. Man kann sich im Zimmer nicht wirklich aufhalten, weil es extrem nach Schimmel riecht. Wir mussten ein anderes Zimmer nehmen, weil in der Toilette die Decke komplett voller Schimmelflecken war und im neuen Zimmer war zwar weniger Schimmelgeruch, aber trotzdem haben wir es deutlich gerochen. Für die Gesundheit eines Menschen ist es schädlich. Wir hatten "nur" 3 Nächte dort verbracht. Keinen einzigen Cent wert, denn man zahlt für die Vergiftung des eigenen Körpers. Würde niemanden empfehlen dort ein Zimmer zu buchen. Übrigens das Personal weiß Bescheid wegen des Problems mit dem Schimmel und leben damit. Leider, wie auch viele andere Gäste, hatten wir aus Kostengründen keine andere Wahl, als dort ein Zimmer zu nehmen. Ich würde mich freuen das Geld zurück erstattet zu bekommen.

Good location in respect to shops Indian prominent area Poor rooms with mould in bathrooms Rooms smelt like mould as soon as you walked in Lack of maintenance being carried out and suggest focussing on maintaining rooms, paint, floor and electrical i.e lighting, AC units and 100% need ventilation system installed either via Windows or roof. Leaking shower heads and cracked sinks Towels smelt like wet dogs If only you're looking for a quick stay 2-3 nights maximum it's okay but wouldn't spend your days in the room. If suffer respiratory issues such as asthma etc not recommended. Can't leave the AC running while in the rooms while out to return a cool room due to the over complicated card to run power system. Suggest focussing on the basics getting them correct before looking to complicate the rest. We had shared this info with staff who said they'd look into it which they would be well aware of the issues but refuse to doing anything. It's only a matter of time before the health department shut the place down due excessive mould issue.

Overall, it is nice! The hotel was near city square mall, mrt, restaurants and etc. The lobby was 24hrs open, as we arrived at 2am. Kind of tight space but It's bearable and not so tight. What I just noticed js that it is not so clean like the hallway.

極度不推薦 工作人員沒有事先說明清楚吸煙區範圍 並且用不禮貌的態度想要索取罰款 整棟樓外走道裝修，不論搬移行李或是搭車都不方便 房間屋況不如網站一般，照片跟實際差很多 許多壁紙脱皮、角落發黴。 並且有許多應召小姐常駐在內偷接客，飯店卻裝作不知道 第一次住到如此不堪的酒店

Air condition is really old. It sounds so annoying and not cool at all. Smells is bad like many old shoes inside room. Not recommended at all.

The lightings were a little dim especially at the desk area even with the blinds up at the window. There was no additional light switch and I can’t really do my work! Gotten noisy neighbours with children who seemed to want to attract attention all the time! Could hear them so clearly from their room and extremely loud especially just outside my room! How unfortunate! All else were acceptable. Thank you.
