the manager and staff members were good and hotel rooms were clean nice play to stay would recommend it

Good wifi , several TV channels, it is near to the famous LAL CHOWK (2 km approx), central market, makha market, Vicinity of Pratap Park, mannered staff ,provision of hot water in bathroom, clean towels are provided. Hotel interior is okay, over all good stay. Please note it is hard for finding Vaishnav & jain food, as most of the food items listed in this hotel are non veg however at walkable distance there are several hotels where one can have pure vegetarian foods. Due to the recent pahalgam attack there appears to be a shortage of housekeeping staff,no provision of AC in the room (cool atmosphere) , no provision of keeping any toilet kit for the guest.

Food is average not many options Location is good for local market and shopping Wt u need Facilities when staff is very helpful...😍 I disappointed from food options nd there timings but whenever I ordered from online hotel staff delivered to room..

Hotel is good. Hotel Location is very good and near lalchouwk. Hotel staff behavior is also excellent, food is also good. I hope my best hotel in my journey. Best wishes.

fantastic. Room service excellent. cleanliness was good and staffs were very friendly mentioning Khan Mudassir.

it was a very pleasant experience. we stayed for two days on 14.04.2025 and 15.04.2025. the staff is super polite and accomodating to customer's needs. very near to clock tower or lal chowk. accessible by car. easy to locate. rooms were clean and hotel is itself quite new.

I had terrible experience, the hotel is not even 1000rs for one night stay, The room was too small and bathroom was licked. And the irony is I never got my room keys, staff said previous customer took them and I have keep door unlocked while going out. I will have to rethink for doing any bookings in future. "I had a thoroughly disappointing experience at the hotel, and I believe I was overcharged. The room was extremely small, and the bathroom had leakages. What's more, I was never provided with room keys, as the staff claimed the previous guest hadn't returned them and they didn't have spares. This left me with no choice but to leave my luggage in an unlocked room. Considering the subpar facilities, I don't think the hotel is worth for a one-day stay. as I feel I was charged excessively for the poor service and amenities.

Excellent stay roooms are neat and clean and hottle was good location khan Mudassir is very quick in room service and mudasir thoker as well When we come next time definitely we stay in world residences staff is very operative
