Near to airport but seriously not suitable. Got cockcroach. Heater for shower despite told them to switch on early for us to go airport, he slep and didnt on the heater! My fam unable to shower, we use drinker heater to clean the necessities! So freezing but unable to switch on heater!

The location is walking distance to lal chowk. It's a quiet road, fairly clean. Decor is nice, room has heater and electric blanket and fan. Warm water seems to be available mornings but mostly not on evenings possibly because of the freezing temperatures this time of year. For me personally it was a problem as i normally take evening showers as well. Every room had a window afaik. Breakfast was highly enjoyable and recommended. Staff are polite and helped me get auto as well on my departure. Overall the experience was pleasant enough and if you only normally take one bath shower a day it would be ok
