i feel very comfortable here with a nice location.. owner's behaviour is very polite and they are very good... location is near dal lake and market...best budget friendly hotel....

The location of the hotel is good. Staff behaviour is also good. The only issue is with water and electric supply, we have to wait at 09:30 in the morning for water supply, also for warm drinking water kettle is not there.

My stay at hotel crown palace in srinagar was memorable, thanks to the warm and friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The owner created a homely atmosphere and even arranged a boat ride on the beautiful dal lake, which was a highlight of my 永安. The ample indoor parking space was another significant benefit, providing convenience and peace of mind. However, the rooms were quite small and sparsely furnished, which could be improved for better comfort. Additionally, the requirement to remove shoes outside the hotel due to the carpeted interiors was a slight inconvenience. Despite these minor issues, the exceptional hospitality and unique experiences offered at hotel crown palace make it a worthwhile choice for anyone visiting srinagar.

Good budget hotel for budget conscious travellers at easy to find location. Co-operative and helpful owner.

Very poor service after check out they have not provide single seating area near receiption nor their staff asked us to use same room for 5 minutes after check out however they have mention breakfast in their services but they have only provided a breakfast only for 1 day. Very poor, poor experience

Neat and clean property just beside the main road. It is 5 min walking from dal lake. One can take shikara ride from there.

Worst experience ever staff behaviour is so rude. Room are so messy. And bathroom/washroom r not clean

The hotel is near dal lake and has a good location. The hotel is hygienic property. It's feel like homely bathroom are well clean but little bit problem is power cuts otherwise good atmosphere and supportable staff.

Completely one of my life time worst experience in this hotel crown palace. They are switching off the current internally for all the time to consume electricity. This is one of the worst behaviour. So don't ever prefer this hotel for stay, you will lose interest for visiting kashmir again.

There was no food available in the property but outside there were ample restaurants. This property is a homestay and one should not mix that with a hotel.
