斯堪迪克格姆拉斯坦酒店 (Scandic Gamla Stan)

總體滿意，就是兩個房間都在拐角，有點小

很喜歡的一家酒店，下次來斯德哥爾摩會再次選這兒，地理位置佳，市中心景點步行可達，風景沉靜而美麗，早餐蠻豐富的，餐廳負責人還會熱情的問早安，回國之後每每想起還是很幸福☺️

位置優越，就在市中心，附近有家中國餐館特別好吃😋，早餐很豐富

衞生非常糟糕

Great location for walking to stores and restaurants. Some of the front staff were extremely accommodating and there were others who were not. The best part of our stay was the breakfast. Oscar was amazing, accommodating and very kind. He would be one of the top reasons we would stay there again! Another plus is there was ice on the main floor in the hallway and a really great rooftop location to sit on the fourth floor. Beds are extremely comfortable, but truthfully most beds in the Scandinavian countries I’ve been to are. Remember, there is no air conditioning. We just asked for another fan and we were fine. :-)

就在市中心去哪兒都很方便，可惜天氣不好。

在老城地鐵站附近，附近地鐵站的出入口有電梯，不用扛行李很方便。逛老城買太多東西，可以馬上回飯店放戰利品，附近景點很多步行可達。飯店雖然很有歷史，但維護的很好，頂樓還有個露台，可以看到教堂。staff 也很友善，退房後可以寄放行李。下次再來Stockholm 會想再來住。

Super sweet hotel with cozy rooms and very nice staff! Me and my work buddy stayed for one night only but I would stan there longer - easy! Awesome breakfast and the chef made the moring more manageble with his nice persona. Thank you! Nice bed, nice room. Nice everything! I will be back!

房間佈置合理，乾淨衞生，很安靜，就在老城遊玩很方便，前台工作認真負責，早餐很豐盛，整個酒店小巧，讓人有一種新的體驗

The hotel itself is in major need of renovation, it’s extremely dated and falling apart. I booked a single room which was small as to be expected, the bed was very uncomfortable so much so I had back pain for the duration of my stay, the rug on the room floor was falling apart and was very dirty, the room was also freezing as the radiator didn’t work and window let in a lot of draft. When I mentioned this to the front desk, from their response it seemed we’re already aware of the problem but gave me the room anyway, the excuse was “it’s because the room is in the corner” this shouldn’t make any difference and a paying guest should be be expected to sleep in the cold. I was given a (cheap) electric heater by the hotel receptionist to plug in the room, it was also broken and was 永安ping a lot and was dangerous to use as it was an electrical hazard. The breakfast was average, nothing fancy but nothing terrible it was included in the price so better than paying because it would not be worth it otherwise in my Opinion. The location is good, in the heart of the old town and most things are walkable from there. The staff at the hotel (besides the radiator issue) were friendly and willing to make sure the stay was a good one so for customer service besides the above I commend them but otherwise the whole experience would not have me returning there.
