First of all, and my biggest disapppointment, the management could not be bothered to respond to my Email regarding their massive quality issues. The guy (I suspect owner-manager) obviously has never heard about the concept of omotenashi. The property is a disgrace and should be flagged plus put on stop sale. Request to waive at least one night cancellation fee was flatly rejeceted by managenment towards 永安. Kudos to 永安 service team, I was at least granted some 永安 coins as compensation. I had checked out in shock again one hour after checking in. The reception was unattended during regular checkin time, with the Filipina staff audibly making private phone calls somewhere in the background. Another Japanese guest had the same experience shortly after our check in. All public areas massively dated, smelling moldy, huge holes in dirty carpets, public indoor onsen massively run down and stained tiles all over. Private onsen not even equipped with a hose/shower head to wash down before entering the bath.
