Location is great, but other than that the place is awful. The room was poorly maintained. We reserved a room for 3 people, we got the room with one double bed and had to wait for another bed to be brought in and made. We got the room with no towels at all, not even a hand towel for the bathroom so had to wait for those as well. Once we got the towels, they had someone else’s hair in them. The room itself had mold, some of the ceiling part was falling apart, it was poorly cleaned and there was plenty of limestone in the shower. The toilet brush had no handle and was fully rusted. The walls were not clean. There was no fridge/safe in the room, we asked for a mini fridge and were told they would bring one in a few hours, needless to say it it was never supplied. Additionally a staff member used her super key to open our room’s door, once she noticed we are in the room she just left with saying anything, not even apologizing. The whole experience was very bad, for this price especially we expected much more, would not at all recommend. Pictures attached
