I like the view from the apartment is amazing. My day was very clean income.

房間採光很好，類似於民俗合租，設施齊全有洗衣機烘乾機甚廚房，廁所裏的沐浴露洗髮水也都有，聯繫房東他們回覆很及時，有什麼問題都可以問他們，房間裏設施很温馨，味道香香的。 甚至還有許多娛樂設施，如桌遊等。樓下就有便利的快餐店，日料店，冰激凌店，走一點點還有一個超大的超市。家人們可以跟房東確認一下自己的房型是否需要共用廁所，他們會回覆永安上的訊息。如果是一家四口一起定兩件房一套物屋子得話那再合適不過了，陽台景色也很美。

이 호스트는 이 숙소를 다른 투숙객들과 공유하는 숙소라는 사실을 의도적으로 교묘하게 숨긴 채 광고하고 있습니다. 이는 명백한 기망의 의도를 가지고 이루어진 사기 광고 행위입니다. 저는 어린아이들이 포함된 두 가족의 숙소로 이 숙소를 예약했습니다. 한가족은 무려 한국에서 수천킬로미터를 비행해서 온 가족이었습니다. 그런데 투숙하기 불과 며칠전 이 숙소의 정보를 다시 보니 그새 새로운 후기가 올라와 있었습니다. ;알고보니 공유 숙소이고 그걸 항의하니 환불해준다하고 환불도 해주지 않고 있다'는 취지였습니다. 호스트에게 이게 무슨 일이냐고 문의했더니 공용욕실임을 표시해놨기에 아무 잘못이 없다는 취지로 답하더군요. 그제서야 다시 숙소 정보를 보니 '객실 편의시설'의 기본 화면에 '욕조', '샤워시설' 등을 이미 표시해두고 객실사진에 욕실사진도 올려 전혀 공유숙소임을 짐작조차 하지 못하게 해놓고도, '모든 시설'을 클릭해야만 볼 수 있는 화면에 '공용 욕실', '공용 화장실'을 표시해두어 사실상 이러한 중요 정보를 발견되기 어렵게 교묘히 처리한 것이었습니다. 이런 신뢰가 가지 않는 호스트의 숙소에 누가 묵을 줄 알고 어린 아이들과 함께 묵을 수 있겠으며, 공용욕실에서 아이들을 맘놓고 씻길 수 있을까요? 이는 정말 소름끼치는 일입니다. 하지만 이 호스트는 위와 같은 교묘한 광고를 내세우며 자기는 모든 것을 사실대로 표시했다며 환불에 응하지 않았고, 저희는 300 미국 달러가 넘는 금액을 포기하고 당일이 되어서야 부랴부랴 더 비싼 돈을 주고 간신히 토론토 내 다른 숙소를 구할 수 있었습니다. 백보를 양보해서 공용욕실과 공용화장실에 대한 광고를 제대로 한 것이라 가정하더라도, 화장실을 같이 사용하면서 거실 등의 공간을 전혀 지나가지 않을 수 없고 그 자체로 조용하고 편안하게 지내고 싶었던 사생활의 평온은 보장되지 않습니다. 이 사기꾼 같은 호스트는 즉각 퇴출되어야 합니다. *이 숙소는 공유 숙소입니다! 그리고 호스트는 그 사실을 교묘히 숨기고 있습니다. 그리고 호스트는 그걸 노리고 처음부터 '환불불가' 숙소로 이를 운영하고 있습니다. 조심하십시오 여러분!*

First of all, thank you for the free upgrade. The views from both the bedroom and the living room were excellent, and the space was large enough for a group of friends to relax, especially with the poker and foosball tables. The location is also great, right in downtown. However, the shower amenities could be improved, particularly the shampoo and body wash, and the toothpaste looked quite messy (fortunately I brought my own). The soundproofing is also not ideal, as I could hear the couple in the next room talking, and I felt a bit uncomfortable using the bathroom and blow‑drying my hair after coming back late from a concert. The check‑in time is quite rigid at 4 p.m., although they do allow you to delay check‑in until 7:30 p.m. I was initially confused because I waited for over 10 minutes at the original building (before the upgrade) and wasn’t sure if the receptionist would come to pick me up. Once we met, though, the receptionist was very friendly and clearly explained the amenities and check‑out procedures. Overall, despite the strict rules and minor issues, I really liked the room and had a happy stay.

I was notified the stay was a shared space a day before the booking which was a surprise to me as it was not very clear in the booking page I was obviously quite frustrated with the operator/manager as I was notified over the phone that the space was being shared with 5 OTHER people with only 1 washroom i booked it for me and my partner intending it to be a private stay. 1 was a permanent resident the other 4 were other guests also booking the space again the ad was not very clear about this being the case at all. The only place that indicated it was a shared stay was in the amenities section where the washroom is marked SHARED no where else on the ad mentions its a shared space after explaining the situation i was told over the phone I would be refunded it has been two weeks since the booking i have not been refunded...

The view is fabulous, big tv and comfortable mattress. This place was amazing and close to all the shops and restaurants close to the Well and convention Centre and CNntower it was awesome wel be back for sure

This was an absolutely horrendous experience, I was never given check in information and was called repeatedly after questioning the paypal $600 deposit that was then changed to a $100 deposit to be sent via family and friends. This goes against paypals rules and is in fact not legal practice. This offers zero recourse as a consumer. quick snippet of info 1. Violation of PayPal’s Terms of Service PayPal’s User Agreement strictly prohibits using the "Friends and Family" feature for commercial transactions. The Difference: "Goods and Services" payments include a fee paid by the seller to cover Purchase Protection. By sending money via F&F, you are telling PayPal you personally know this person and are sending a gift, which waives your right to dispute the charge. 2. Ontario Consumer Protection Act (CPA)Under the Ontario CPA, "accommodation" is considered a service. Businesses are required to be transparent and are prohibited from engaging in "unfair practices."Misrepresentation: If a business asks you to mischaracterize a commercial transaction as a personal gift to bypass their own service fees, they are arguably engaging in a deceptive business practice. Loss of Rights: Most legitimate hotel deposits in Ontario must be backed by a receipt or a formal contract. Using a personal PayPal account makes it much harder for you to exercise your rights under the CPA if the service isn't provided as described. 3. Tax and Reporting Issues (CRA)In Canada, businesses must report all income and, if they make over $30,000 a year, they are required to collect and remit HST (13%). A legitimate hotel must charge you HST and provide a receipt with their GST/HST Registration Number 4. Safety and Fraud Risks Legitimate hotels in Ontario use professional merchant processors or standard credit card systems. Requesting an F&F payment is a classic sign of a vacation rental scam. No Recourse: If you arrive and the hotel doesn't exist, or they double booked you, you have no way to do a "chargeback" as you would with a credit card or a "Goods and Services" PayPal payment.
