酒店位置是比較好的，就是太老舊了。 毛巾都是黃的，洗漱用品也沒有。

I had high hopes for this hotel, but my experience was terrible from start to finish. The room was dirty, with stains on the bedding and a musty smell that made it uncomfortable to stay in. The bathroom was poorly maintained, with broken fixtures and mold in the corners. The staff were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns. Even basic requests took ages to be attended to, and customer service was non-existent. For the price I paid, I expected at least a clean and welcoming environment — instead, I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. I checked out early and will never return.

Très mal accueilli à l’arrivée, arrivé à 14h15 , on m’a donné ma chambre seulement à 16h30, on ne trouvait pas ma réservation qui était payer et non remboursable , après avoir voulu sollicité la police on m’a donné une chambre qui donnait une vu de chaudière, à ne pas recommander………, réceptionniste de très mauvaise foi !!!!! Nourriture médiocre etc etc etc

This hotel is everything it promises. Great service, great facilities, wonderful food and bar and safe town centre location. The locality gives one access to virtually everything one needs in terms of shops, services and amenities. You need a haircut or shave - 2 minutes walk; you need a mall - 2 minutes walk; a hammam - back of the hotel; you want to eat out - just step out - got the drift? I would stay here again any day. Oh, and the showers had great flow.

Les serviettes étaient propres et le lit était bien. La salle de bain devrait être rénové. Le check-in etait à 14h00 pour moi, même s'ils avaient des chambres disponibles avant 14h00 ils n'ont pas voulu m'en donner une avant l'heure du check-in

Muss die Person noch einmal zahlen? Warum? Die Antwort: Steuern. Ich habe bereits die Unterkunft mit Steuern bezahlt. (Rezeptionist ):- es sind nur vier Dinar, und ich gebe Ihnen den Schlüssel, sobald Sie bezahlen. Es ist wirklich ein Albtraum, ich würde niemandem dieses Hotel empfehlen.
