早餐很棒！

房間乾淨，有海景。早餐好吃，我喜歡安靜，

位置極好！服務員態度友善！酒店早餐非常好！環境舒適！價錢合理！但1樓樓層房間有紋！！以及未到10:00am房間未辨理check out! 執房的員工未得到同意下自行清理房間

This is a beautiful hotel with a very good location. All the staff are kind, sincere and honest. I am truly grateful to these people. Breakfast is not diverse, and the facilities are a little old, but the Lagoon View room is more competitive than other hotels.

The stay was amazing and the view from the room was incredible. The stuff were friendly and welcoming making the stay feel like home. The hotel location is near to the waterbus station where it is easy to access to the main island.

Отель уютный, в номерах чисто, завтрак нормальный, персонал приветливый. Цена отличная.

酒店離主要碼頭有點遠，要行十幾廿十分鐘，坐巴士就要等，唔算好密。有一個近的碼頭但不是常用的 所以用不上。早餐不錯，服務員也很貼心，值得一讚！反而check-in時那位應該是屋主就一般般。房間訂了3天，第二日早上冇熱水！要用冷水沖涼！凍到病😑 房間嘅相都美圖得太過份😅

The experience at this hotel has been extremely disappointing. We have been facing several issues since morning: 1. Wi-Fi Issues: There is no Wi-Fi signal in our room. When we reported this, we were given the standard response that a technician would only be available tomorrow, which is quite inconvenient. 2. Lighting Problems: Upon returning to our room, we found that the lights were not working. Again, the response from the staff was simply “sorry,” with no immediate action taken. 3. Poor Quality Blankets: The blankets provided are of very poor quality, resembling those found in a lodge rather than a hotel. They are mismatched in color, adding to the overall unpleasantness. Additionally, the room size is extremely small and uncomfortable. It also seems that the staff are unwilling to listen to any complaints or feedback. I even felt a sense of discrimination in the way customers were attended to, which is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please consider other options before booking here.
