IT WAS TERRIBLE THERE **** ON THE BED IN THE FIRST ROOM WE GOT!!!! but the guy at the desk was very nice he needs a raise

I was quite disappointed with this hotel. The facilities are old and poorly maintained, and some things were not working properly during my stay. The room did not feel very clean or comfortable, and it definitely did not match the expectations based on the photos. The service was just average at best. Staff were not rude, but they were not very helpful or attentive either, and responses to requests were slow. Overall, the hotel needs serious improvement in both facilities and service. I would not choose to stay here again unless there are major upgrades.

Funcionário do balcão sem simpatia, chegamos pelas 10 da noite e chek in era às 11 da noite e ele já não o queria fazer. Reservamos cama grande e eles juntaram duas camas individuais !!! Pequeno almoço muito mau o pior que já vi não tem quase nenhuma variedade de alimentos nem um croissant!!

Быстрое заселение, помогли занести багаж. Отличный завтракВсе было прекрасно в этом отеле, отельно находится от метро в 5 минутах ходьбы, так же рядом магазин продуктов Billa и в 2 шагах находится рестораны.

Hotel is very close to the city center and train stations. The hotel staff was friendly and polite. They allowed us to check in early as we arrived ahead of time. The room was spacious and clean.

Was a really nice hotel. Would definitely stay here again. The breakfast was really nice and they explained everything that was needed to have a comfy stay. Only thing is I couldn't use the bathtub to soak. It didn't have a plug.
