Chambre correcte, par contre au froide pour la douche sur les trois jours.La Réceptionniste pas accueillant (un sourire, un merci , un bonjour)   Trop dur pour elle….

This is a clean hotel in a pleasant suburban area, offering good value for money. However, the location is not ideal for frequent city center visits; it takes over 40 minutes to get there, and buses are infrequent. The nearest supermarket is a 15-minute walk away. Be very careful with the final bill. I was charged 38 Euros when the app confirmed 19. I had to contact 永安 to get the overcharge refunded. Double-check everything at checkout.

Персонал отеля просто ужасный!!! При заселении в отель с тобой общаться не уважительно, на вопросы не отвечают. Поселили в номер ниже категории чем я бронировал. Я был один но местный сбор заставили платить за двоих, так как у них все номера двухместного типа. Деньги берут наличными и отказываются выдавать чек!!! Умывальник находится при входе в номер, в двоем жить в таких номерах не возможно! Развязка общественного транспорта от отеля до Амстердама не очень удобная, нужно ехать с тремя пересадками, около десяти евро в одну сторону. Такси стоит 60€ Не советую ехать в этот отель!!!

Heel erg fijn verblijf gehad bij dit hotel, hele aardige mensen, kamer was schoon, bedden liggen lekker, ik kom hier zeker vaker. Hotel is ook 15 minuten van Schiphol vandaan, echt ideaal

Nice, clean and comfortable hotel. A 1.5 bus journey from the centre of Amsterdam and 1 bus journey to the airport so quite far out. There is a local shop in walking distance which was great and the hotel itself was great with decent food. They also had bikes you can hire!

Wegblijven Echt oplichters en niet te slapen. Ik heb voor een persoon geboekt bij 永安 en arriveerde alleen en ik moest voor twee personen toeristen belasting betalen . Kijk mijn foto sochtends een bed gebruikt . Ze gaven mij de schuld dat ik voor twee geboekt had. Verder stikte de kamer van de muggen dus ik kon niet slapen van het gezoem hele nacht .

Hotel daleko od centrum, czystość na średnim poziomie, na obsługę czas oczekiwania po podróży przynajmniej 20 min na obsłużenie. Jedyny plus to ładny widok z okna na samoloty, ponieważ niedaleko jest lotnisko. Budżetowy nocleg na parę nocy ok, ale nie na dłużej.

Having booked a room through 永安 in March 2025 for a stay in April, our excitement quickly turned to concern when we stumbled upon numerous alarming reviews across multiple platforms, including Google Maps, 永安Advisor, and 永安 itself. These reviews, spanning from 2023 to just three months prior to our booking, consistently reported issues with bed bugs within the hotel. I have also attached photos provided by previous guests, which corroborate these claims. The sheer volume and recency of these complaints painted a clear picture: the Blue Mansion Hotel appears to have a persistent and unresolved bed bug infestation. Understandably, we were immediately uncomfortable with the prospect of staying in a room with such a high risk of encountering these pests. The very next day after booking, we attempted to cancel our reservation. To our dismay, we were met with a firm refusal from both 永安 and the Blue Mansion Hotel. We were informed that a cancellation was impossible, leaving us in an untenable position. Faced with the choice of potentially enduring bed bug bites or forfeiting the cost of our booking, we reluctantly chose the latter. The thought of bringing bed bugs into our home after a stay was simply unacceptable. This experience highlights a serious issue with the Blue Mansion Hotel's refund policy. Their inflexibility in the face of such significant and widely reported hygiene concerns is frankly appalling. It feels as though they are prioritizing profit over the well-being and comfort of their guests. Even our credit card company was unable to assist us in recovering the funds. **We strongly urge anyone considering a stay at the Blue Mansion Hotel to exercise extreme caution.** The numerous reports of bed bugs across various platforms are a serious red flag. Furthermore, be aware of their seemingly rigid and unforgiving cancellation policy. You may find yourself in the unfortunate situation we experienced: either facing the unpleasant reality of a potentially infested room or being left significantly out of pocket for a stay you understandably wish to avoid. Our experience has been a costly lesson, and we hope this review serves as a warning to others. Consider this a cautionary tale before you book with the Blue Mansion Hotel.

The Ambience is tranquillising, this is a place to be ,hospitality at its best.Looking forward to staying again.
