阿伯丁之家酒店 (Aberdeen House)

這次入住阿伯丁之家酒店（Aberdeen House Hotel）的體驗真的很矛盾。首先要稱讚酒店的服務，員工表現得非常友善，還主動幫我們升級了房型，這點確實讓人感到窩心；房間內的設施如暖氣等運作也都非常正常，住起來其實挺舒服的。 然而，酒店在安全保障上卻有一個讓我完全無法接受、甚至感到「嚇人」的漏洞。我們發現酒店的大門、內部的木門，竟然跟全部房間的房門都是用同一條鑰匙打開的！這意味著任何一個住客只要手持那把鑰匙，理論上就能進入整間酒店的每一間房。 這種保安設計簡直不可思議，完全沒有隱私和安全感可言。為了能安心睡覺，我們在入住期間甚至要搬動房間裡的櫃子死死頂住房門，才敢躺下休息。雖然員工很幫忙、設備也算齊全，但對於這種連最基本的門鎖安全都做不到的酒店，我真的無法給出好評。除非酒店能徹底更換門禁系統，否則追求安全感的旅客請務必三思。

Great value for money and location, location, location! Aberdeen House is fantastic value for money. I stayed for 3 nights on the second floor, the room was clean, comfortably warm and despite being located on a major road the outdoor noise was minimal and did not disturb sleep. Staff were helpful and offered to clean the room daily. There is a kettle, tea, coffee and sachets of uht milk and sugar in the room. What makes Aberdeen House stand out is it's location, directly opposite the train and intercity coach station and around the corner from the ferry terminal for the Orkney and Shetland Isles. It is also directly opposite Union Square Shopping Mall with international brand shops and wide choice of cafes and restaurants and a Cineworld cinema. There are also a wide range of independent shops, cafes and restaurants nearby.

沒有電梯需要爬樓，入住的方式比較復古，所有房間的鑰匙都能開同一扇門，疑似每個房間都是同樣的鑰匙……如果預算夠的話不建議選這家，還是住點貴的比較安全。 不過淺住一晚還是可以的，酒店位置挺好的，打掃得挺乾淨，設施都能正常用~

To stay one night it not bad

Very friendly staff. Good location.

Arrived late due to a late inbound flight and was still attended to. The amenities were decent, nothing extraordinary, but fine, especially for the location and price.

Hotel not perfect, but clean and tidy, and close to the city centre

Cosy, comfortable and short distance from the bus station - perfect stay!

Room: was extremely small and no ventilation whatsoever. With movement restrictions all around and packed end to end. I was almost scared to hear no windows in room but had no option due to short stay. None of the 3-pin sockets in room were working. No way to charge mobile phone. I managed to charge outside in mall rather than complaining. Shelves next to TV wall mounted was hanging in air with couple of screws which were not in holes properly and was posing a dropped object hazard and I was concerned about my own safety if it would fall on me while I am sleep. Reported and owner removed this with some argument saying I leaned over it to gain access to tv 3- point socket to charge my phone. This is clearly not the case as shelf was wooden and was resting over couple of screws half inserted in lower base but no fixtures whatsoever on the top to hold the frame. Everyone’s needs and priorities are different but for me personally it was a mistake having booked this hotel as I have stayed in multiple hotel chains in Aberdeen and UK and care and hospitality here was very different and was fully missing. Obviously, I asked the shelf storage to be removed due to worry around fall over but this came at the cost of no kettle , no cups and hence no tea ,coffee making and no hot water possibility for me 😃 during my stay.

非常小且老舊的房間，隔音不好，晚上隔壁噪音很大。不建議居住超過一個晚上。服務人員很熱情
