I wanted an easy and comfortable base for my Yas Island theme park adventure. The Park Inn more than delivered. Extremely fair price for the comfort and level of convenience (and size of my room); really easy to get to the theme parks by shuttle bus. Hoping to get back to Yas Island in a few years and would definitely consider booking at the Park Inn once more.

Place is good generally. However a few issues stands out. At reception check-in, they will ask you to email them your booking details or take a photo of your app booking. Please remember to hide certain private details ie. 永安 pin number as that is only for our personal use. We waited about 1hr for checking almost 3pm the usual check-in time although many people were checking out earlier. When we entered room, bedsheets were all wet. It didn't dry properly, both beds were wet. They helped us changed. Then the lights short-circuited, they need to reset. Then the toilet choked. The flushing mechanism can be improved, it gets stuck when you press the button and flushing is not smooth. breakfast was decent, limited options for mains. Overall, it was passable. But for Yas island hotel and brand name of park inn, we expected a lot better. Similar to a budget hotel vibe

房間設施比較老舊，但是服務員態度很好，免費給我們加了床，並且礦泉水無限提供，酒店本身泳池沒小童池，但是可以去隔壁酒店泳池玩，也非常方便

I booked the hotel one hour before arrival , I arrived but the did t find my booking and I had to wait and wait.. finally after 75 minutes I checked in , the room is nice and the view amazing , but quality of bed and sheets are average , shower darin   Was blocked , but it’s only one night . So what :) Personal very nice and friendly , can’t complain about them
