酒店和房間內的氛圍很好，但是隔音非常差! 二樓的自助餐廳非常不錯，員工都非常的體貼熱情。入住酒店還在亞斯島相關的門票。

親子酒店首選，前台有中文服務，華納兄弟樂園就在酒店對面，幾步路可達。其他樂園都有免費巴士可達，早飯環境很棒，品類豐富。酒店內處處都是電影主題，貓和老鼠、英雄聯盟等，值得推薦

Firstly, the YAS bus was unreliable and did not follow the schedule as indicated. The hotel staff led us to wait for the YAS bus at a bus stop which was no longer in operation and after waiting for 30 mins we gave up and took a Careem instead. Stepping into the hotel, it felt like an extremely overpriced airport hotel. The amenities provided were just a vanity kit and a shower cap. No other amenities. Compared to other hotels I've stayed in Dubai which provided mouthwash, loofah, shaving kit etc. The room itself was small, no rain shower in the toilet and the bulb in the toilet light kept flashing. The hotel breakfast selection was limited, the only saving grace was the eggs benedict. Hotel gym is also small, we went during dinner where there was nobody and had a great workout there but can't imagine if there's more than 5 people in the gym due to the size of the gym. Steam room wasn't working by 7pm. Hotel came with 2 parks access for 2 days but still did not justify the price and the amenities in the room. The only thing I had no complains about was the service from the staff which was impeccable. The WhatsApp service from the concierge was also great as they responded almost immediately to help me with my things. For this price point I expected alot more which this hotel did not provide. I've stayed in motels with better amenities and really does not justify the $700 SGD per night price point.

適合親子居住，隔壁就是華納兄弟樂園，全室內，很防曬，走15min去到法拉利公園，很方便，下次還會選擇入住該酒店。

We booked through the 永安 website and were offered a great deal. The hotel did not meet my expectations, despite being one of the most expensive hotels on Yas Island, affiliated with Hilton, and located in the capital of the UAE, Abu Dhabi. Although the room design was beautiful and the hotel opened in 2018, we encountered several issues. First, the bathroom had multiple problems, as shown in the attached photos. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, and there was dust on the shelves and tables. Additionally, the receptionist, an Egyptian employee whose name I do not recall exactly (I believe it was Kirillos), was not as welcoming or courteous as the other staff members. Karolos offered us a free upgrade to a room with a bunk bed for children, rather than a room with better size or view as one might expect. The room was not in good condition, and we even found leftover chips in the upper bunk bed. He also tried to convince us to take a suite for an additional charge, which was not something we wanted to discuss after a long flight. Moreover, no welcome gesture was offered to us or our child. On a positive note, the breakfast staff were exceptionally attentive and provided outstanding service with great kindness. However, I will not repeat this experience, as the price paid does not reflect the level of service or comfort provided.
