We booked this room because of swimming pool, they lied that it’s working but it’s not. The room booked on 永安 was a different room given to us and the morning we checked out, they said breakfast is only for one person when at booking, it says breakfast for two per guest. We left without breakfast. The person we spoke to about breakfast said, been two in the room doesn’t mean two breakfast and it’s only one breakfast that can be provided to us. We came all the way to spend time alone without the kid but this is what we got. The room is ok but the customer care isn’t too great.
