The parking situation is terrible, I suggest you take a taxi or an Uber to avoid it. They couldn’t find my booking and I had to contact 永安 before they found it. It took almost an hour but they weren’t rude about it and offered us water. The next day they tried to charge us for an extra breakfast even though the booking included two complimentary breakfast tickets. We had to insist and it took about 20 minutes before that too was sorted. The hotel itself is nice and cozy and its employees are professional. The breakfast itself was very average, certainly not something I’d want to pay for.
