Title: Humiliating arrival, poor communication, and the worst hotel experience I have had in Accra Review: This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had in Accra. After arriving at the airport around 6:00 pm, I used the location details provided by the hotel, but they were inaccurate. My Uber driver spent a long time driving around and ended up at the wrong place. He had to call the hotel several times before they finally sent the correct location. That was stressful, exhausting, and completely avoidable. When I finally arrived, the security guard said he was not aware of any booking for anyone coming in at that time. I had to search through my phone and show proof of my reservation. As a paying guest arriving in a foreign country, that was embarrassing and deeply unprofessional. I felt like a stranger instead of a guest. I was then told to wait while the manager was contacted. I was told he would arrive in eight minutes, but that turned into nearly 40 minutes. Then I was told another five minutes, which became even longer. Eventually, the manager arrived, apologised, and checked me in. Because of the inconvenience, he told me I could check out at 12:00 noon instead of 11:00 am. However, he failed to communicate this to the morning staff. The next day, a staff member came and informed me that I had to be out by 11:00 am. That showed poor communication, poor organisation, and no proper handover between staff and management. What made this even worse was the way I was made to feel throughout the experience. I never felt welcomed. I never felt valued. I left with a heavy heart because I did not feel like a guest at all. I felt out of place, embarrassed, and badly treated. This hotel seriously needs to improve its booking system, guest reception, staff communication, and overall professionalism. A guest should never arrive and be told that no one knows about their booking. A guest should never be left waiting that long after travelling. And a promise made by one manager should never be ignored by the next shift. I have stayed in other places in Accra before and never experienced anything like this. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place unless major improvements are made.

I enjoyed my stay. The facility is well kept and in a very good location with easy access to all kinds of activities. Security is very high and the staff are friendly.
