We stayed at this hotel recently and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent—close to many attractions and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, so getting around was very convenient. The room itself is a decent size with lots of cupboards for storage, which I really appreciated. The staff were also very helpful and friendly throughout my stay, which made a positive difference. The only downside for me was the shower design. The shower has a full see-through glass wall with only a very thin, semi-transparent curtain and no door. This setup can feel awkward if you’re sharing the room with friends or family. Adding frosted glass or a proper enclosure would make the room much more comfortable and suitable for all types of travelers, not just solo travellers or couples. Overall, it’s a good hotel with great service and an unbeatable location, but I hope they consider improving the bathroom design.

Hotel Portinari in Bruges is a gem! The modern design is both stylish and inviting, creating a lovely atmosphere. My room was comfortable and well-appointed, making it a perfect retreat. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the city’s main attractions. The friendly staff added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Bruges!

Resepsiyon görevlisi güler yüzlü ve samimiydi. Eğer cumartesi günü otelde konaklayacaksanız, otelin önünde semt pazarı tarzında pazar kuruluyor. Yemekler, çantalar, kıyafetler, takılar, çiçekler vb. güzel bir deneyim oldu.
