Everything is satisfying, Especially Mrs. Amany, the receptionist, For her help in check-in all the time when going there and to all restaurant staff.
Other than that the only two problems are that room 503's room key is very tiring to open the door because it is broken and has been re-soldered and also the bathroom exhaust fan cover is not well secured and has fallen off more than once

Overall a good experience except for the internet service,which was always out of order and extremely annoying and troublesome.

The air conditioner did not cool down and we called the reception and they sent the technician twice and every time he came and left without fixing it and every time he said he will fix it but in words and not in action and we spent time in the hot weather and also the bathroom lighting is weak and the repair was not done

The hotel over all is good .. but the only notice is that room service is bad and they request money for any requests as tips just because he bring u anything.. and also the toilet is not keeping water , water is so slow

Uno de los peores hoteles que hemos estado, a pesar de coger una ¿suite?
La piscina vacía, el ático del sky view cochambre, internet nula... nada bueno que destacar.
Viejo, roto, descuidado...lo unico salvable el lobby y la ubicación.
Hace 30 años quizas fue un hotel, ahora parece una pensión.

Good value and big room for the price. Room even had heater and artwork. Nice breakfast free. Good location. For a backpacker I am really satisfied. The location was in a nice area near the Nile river. Thank you.
