Didn’t enjoy this hotel. The noise from the people above jumping around in the middle of the night for most of the night for both nights was ridiculous. There were people yelling in the corridor outside the room. We stayed 2 nights, housekeeping was just making our bed between stays but not changing anything, just pulling up the sheets. One of the towels was just refilled and put back on the rack. Overall we expected more from this hotel. I did try to address this with the guy at the counter but he didn’t really care. Not a great experience. Won’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend.

The receptionist was amazing and super friendly! They were able to help us out, answer any questions and provide a great experience. Other than the actual workers, the experience was quite poor. The hot tub was luke warm, the sauna was out of order, our room sink was broken/not draining so they changed our room. There was a roach also above the curtains. Our 2nd room fridge kept making a lot of noise during the night, on and off. The chair had crumbs all over it. There was a bit of wait for food at dinner which was fine. The portions were extremely small and overpriced. We ended up getting more food else where. The gravy was nice tho. The breakfast buffet was poor as and a waste of money for anyone. Almost all the hot food was unavailable. Every time it was replenished, it was only a small plates worth and was snapped up in seconds. They never put enough food out for everyone to actually enjoy. We tried to hang around for more food to be put out but it was mission impossible. Definitely worth checking somewhere else first before coming here. I can't fault the staff. They were kind and bubbly, it's just everything else. It's fine if you want somewhere to sleep but I wouldn't bother with the rest.

I very much liked the central location of this hotel close to major tourist attractions as well as its friendly staff. I had a very nice, convenient room with a great view. I liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room, TV, great wifi connection and the sauna in the hotel. Thank you!

The breakfast in the morning was expensive and the food was not very nice unfortunately. It didn’t taste fresh from the bacon and eggs, to the smoothie and even the bread rolls were going stale. The pool was too cold to go in, there wasn’t  any snacks or complimentary anything except tea and coffee with enough milk for only 2 drinks for guests, and car parking was also expensive even with the hotel room no discounts given. It would have been more enjoyable had the pool been heated and even other facilities like a games area with a pool table or pinball machines or something for entertainment. Bowling alley, darts board etc

Room was old and averaged size. One of the towels was not clean. The hairdryer still had a string of hair on it. Felt a bit itchy as well sleeping on the bedding. Service was excellent though with regard to luggage storage.

Things went wrong from the moment I was checking in. I booked the executive King room at 32m and they attempted to get me to accept a tiny room in the corner of the building. When I asked for the correct room. The Gaslight was turned on. Dishonest or a scam. Hard know which because their slaves are DEI hires. D = Dumb E = elderly I = Ignorant. Won't stay here ever again. MINIBAR was a huge joke. See photos.
