Very good location in CBD, 24 hour reception, many cafes, bars, restarants and shops nearby. Good value for this area. 地處中央商務區黃金地段，24小時前台服務，周邊咖啡館、酒吧、餐廳及商鋪林立。此區域性價比極佳。

We booked this 3 star hotel in Adelaide purely for its location close to an event we were attending. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find the lift was out of order. Thankfully, a second lift was operational but only with the down button, but it wasn’t the most welcoming start. Check in was handled by friendly staff who offered a warm smile, though nothing beyond the basics in terms of service. Once we reached our room on the 5th floor, it was hard to ignore the issues: part of the ceiling was missing and the carpets were noticeably dirty. While the room itself was functional, the bed felt more like a slab of timber than a mattress definitely not made for comfort. We left our bag and headed out, but I couldn’t shake the uneasy feeling the hotel gave me. Ultimately, we made the decision not to stay overnight and returned later to collect our bag and check out. This may be a suitable spot for some travellers who prioritise location above all else, but unfortunately, it wasn’t the right fit for us.

These are minor things as feedback for the hotel, make sure your cleaners check that the previous customer's hair is removed from the shower wall and your receptionists make themselves available to serve new customers checking in instead of chit chatting to one another. Would like to have toothbrush as part of amenities It can get noisy at night. However the hotel room and bathroom is quite spacious compared to Ibis Adelaide, another budget friendly hotel and the bed is comfortable. The location is so close to the trams and trains and walking distance to Rundell Mall.

Superior Two Queen Room is spacious - love the walk-in closet where we can put our luggages. Spotlessly clean except the carpet which looks a bit old and tired. Central location just opposite Railway Station. No microwave or bowls and plates inside the room, but there's a microwave that we can use on Level 1. Great service, they allowed us to check-in early as both our toddler & baby were sleeping when we arrived at 10am and our room was ready. They also allowed luggage storage after we checked out in the morning and wanted to explore the city for a few more hours. In the first night I did find one cockroach in the bathroom which quickly crawled away as I approached the sink, but no issue overall.

My/ours stay in Adelaide wasn’t as comfortable as I have hoped, especially with the  cooling issues. While the location was great for the event I mean to attend with my family, the noisy air conditioning and lack of proper ventilation have been frustrating. It’s good that the hotel staff tried to move us to another room, though it seems like the problem persisted. Hopefully, my next 永安 to Adelaide or elsewhere goes more smoothly!

Cockroaches in the corridors, which is not a good sign when you check in and go to the room with the family. The AC of the initial room was not working, they changed the room and still no changes with the condition of the AC. The 2nd night they gave us a fan to bring the heat down. The breakfast was very basic, no eggs or hot items.

This hotel is good if you just need a nice and clean room to stay. Nothing fancy. The window can only slightly open. The room is old but clean. The bathroom is good. The AC is old and only cools the room if it's not hot outside. There is a pedestal fan in the room that we used when the temperature hovered above 30C outside. There is no facility in the hotel. We didn't try breakfast because we didn't find it interesting.

這是幾次來澳洲住過最差的酒店了，本來是衝著高級大床雙床房去的，結果房間除了床型符合標準，其它的都是一塌糊塗。設施一般般，沒有空調，夜晚噪音很大，窗戶還透風，早餐也很差，真的是有其它選擇儘量不要住在這裏
