Great customer service. Car park is quite cramped and suited to smaller vehicles. There is an alternative car park, but the lifts were broken (no fault of the hotel). Room was clean, but had some minor issues. Overall, happy with our stay.

Great location. Lovely entrance and friendly enough staff. Buffet breakfast was yum. However, we tried to ring on the way to ask about parking and the phone kept ringing out. Then, in our room, we tried ringing Reception, In Room Dining, Manager etc and in all instances, the phone line rung and it was answered but no one was actually picking up the call. I could just hear Reception staff talking in the background. The coffee at breakfast was horrible too. Mixed feelings about this hotel and unfortunately I'd probably lean towards trying another one next time.

Review of Stay at Stamford Plaza Adelaide (24–28 August 2025) The hotel enjoys an excellent location right in Adelaide’s city centre. The front desk staff made a strong impression, especially Luke and Iris, who went above and beyond during my stay. On 25 August, when I developed a skin allergy, Luke responded swiftly, recommending a nearby clinic and checking in on my condition with genuine care. Iris was equally attentive — she quickly resolved an air-conditioning issue by arranging a room change, and later, when the lifts were out of order, she promptly guided guests to use the staff lift. Their professionalism and kindness were greatly appreciated.  Overall, the hotel would benefit from refurbishment to match the outstanding service provided by its staff. However, while the service was commendable, the rooms did not meet basic five-star standards. Cleanliness was below expectations, and the shower design caused water to spill into the toilet area. Overall, the hotel would benefit from refurbishment to match the outstanding service provided by its staff.

My stay at the Stamford Plaza Adelaide was, frankly, one of the worst 5-star hotel experiences I've had. The location is its saving grace, and I was impressed by the kindness of a new front desk staff member. However, the rest of the stay was a letdown. Waking up to housekeeping trying to enter our room at 9 AM was an unacceptable intrusion. Later, when we needed help, we tried calling the hotel multiple times without any luck. The one time someone answered, they were unhelpful and just hung up. The room itself was also quite dated. The hotel needs to seriously invest in better training for their team and a full refurbishment to live up to its supposed 5-star standard.

酒店在north terrace，距離rundle mall很近，可以搭乘免費tram到chinatown。隔壁街有很多餐館，房間有點小，但是性價比很高。酒店一樓的餐廳味道也還不錯。

飯店交通方便對面就是火車站還有軌道車可以免費搭免費範圍之內房間很大可以很大的按摩浴缸我們住了兩天電視壞掉飯店補償我們一瓶紅酒很貼心🫰🫰🫰下次還會再來👍👍👍
