評分有點被高估了，可能因為阿德酒店沒那麼多吧。雖然酒店空了很多房間，我們分到的房間在電梯旁邊，低樓層。房間冷水水龍頭壞了，四天無法用冷水，衹有熱水。第一天行程緊，留了禮貌紙條説冷水閥壞了，結果被忽視。第二天紙條被清潔扔到垃圾桶，並且清潔估計把垃圾袋放在洗手枱上。前台並沒有給出任何解決措施。酒店整體是老舊酒店的翻新，設施確實很一般了，電視連手機投屏也斷斷續續。或許也有好的房間吧，適合挑戰者來碰碰運氣。

酒店比較舊，插頭不好用，但是地理位置非常好，徒步可以走到大部分想去的地方，包括CBD，性價比還可以。離唐人街很近

My stay at Peppers was fantastic. The hotel is clean, beautiful, and very comfortable, with a great location. Housekeeping was outstanding and kept everything spotless. My expectations were definitely met with the room. Only two small negatives: the restaurant downstairs is extremely overpriced, and when I called 40 minutes before check-in to see if I could get my parking pass early, I was told no — I’d need to buy a normal ticket and then the pass at check-in, which felt inconvenient. Overall, I was really happy and would definitely stay here

Booked two room separated for two nights, hotel can not provide the same room to stay, and on the second day, need to check out an check in again, many troubles, and the second day I need to wait until late I can go into the new room, I didn't meet such kind of this in other hotel, other hotel would provide the same room or a quick change rather than you wait for the whole noon for extra multiple hours

We stayed at the hotel for my husband's birthday and had a great time. Loved the heated pool and jacuzzi. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, very cramped and staff were struggling to keep up, did not feel like a five star experience. Balcony really tiny with no view, so not one you could actually use. Service was excellent and staff were very friendly.

房間大，有浴缸，但浴缸沒有門，直接和床放在一塊。。廁所和浴室都是玻璃門，透的。有小雪櫃，電視可以睇很多電影，還不錯。隔音一般，服務人員態度好。

實在是無法忍受了。這酒店樓下裝修的還行。廁所居然不是乾濕分離，洗完澡滿地的水。我這房間還沒有馬桶蓋。沒有拖鞋。再也不會選這家了

The front desk keeps calling us regarding ice bucket that is ordered by another room more than 3 times when we did not order. There is a lack of communication among their staff internally when another staff already realised they were wrong. It was very annoying that they interrupted my stay. Also the basin was blocked and the technician came to my room multiple times to get it fixed. They are wasting our precious time. Also the front desk manager Naomi Yanez asked the police to kick me out and told me that they can freely kick me out without giving any legal basis as long as they are unhappy to do my business. The police further told me that I will be arrested if I try to go inside the hotel when I in fact paid in full for the upcoming whole week and did the paperwork for check in.

Good hotel in a great location. Close to public transport and very centrally located. Breakfast Buffet was great and if you book in the previous night the rates are cheaper. I wish there were a few more choices for other meal times at the in house restaurant.
