Ado-or location only 2 hotel available in makemy永安 in my budget. Rooms are clean and good but staffs behaviour is not customer friendly. Check in and check out will take more than 20 minutes. 2 days stayed in the hotel got only one 1 ltr mineral water and one dental kit. Requested to provide one more dental kit and mineral water but not provided.

I have booked premium naini suit, it was worth every penny, the room was spacious, separate living area. Neat and clean toilet. Comfy and large bed. Mini bar is there. Amenity kit was fully loaded.

Excellent room and services. Really helpful. We were 2 ladies there for an exam and they arranged vehicles for us in early morning and really helped.

The stay was quite pleasant, with friends. The rating will provide will 5 star, staff are very friendly and cosy atmosphere. Basic amenities are provided in the room itself. No thanks

I was on a business 永安 and had a meeting on morning 9:am , they served breakfast at 8:50 am . They usually starts breakfast by 8:45 am and it’s too late for business travellers .

Rooms are good. But the service was very poor. No attention to the guests. No proper service or attention. Nobody attends the call from room. Very casual behaviour. Never had such treatment from any hotel of this standard

Everything was excellent rooms were good and neat bathrooms were good room service and food was also good location was also very good it’s in the city itself nice ambience staffs were also cooperative altogether a very good one
