The hotel stay was satisfactory, though it didn't exceed expectations. The amenities were decent, providing the basics required for a comfortable stay. However, there were some areas that could be improved upon. The room was clean but somewhat dated, and the furnishings showed signs of wear and tear. Booked and paid for ac room and ac was not working, was not fixed throughout stay. Requested for a discounted rate as there was no ac but hotel offered 100 rps from a 4000 rps charge
