Horrible, awful, unsafe - avoid at all costs I arrived and immediately checked out bc of the construction and the awful guests having a party with their hotel door wide open. These guests threatened me when I asked them to close their room, while reception looked / listened to what was going on, ignoring the situation which became super unsafe as one of the more aggressive guests followed me to the elevator. The hotel refused to refund or apologise for the situation they caused, leaving a female solo traveler without accommodation for my 永安, which I then had to rebook at a much higher cost at short notice.
