Очень странный отель: мы были там едва ли не единственными гостями Номера закрываются на ключ, сантехника в номерах старая (у нас потек унитаз). Сам отель выглядит полузаброшенным и находится вдали от центра, но от вокзала дошли пешком довольно быстро. Не сразу нашли вход Но! Номер был просто огромный! Кухня, зал, две ванных комнаты, спальня и огромный коридор На кухне есть множество всякой посуды, в номере маленьких столиков сильно больше, чем необходимо - на любой вкус Заявленный бассейн так и не увидели Впечатление странное, но в целом хорошее Отличное место на 1-2 дня Очень тихо

Het was een prachtige ervaring heel vriendelijk personeel, zeer warm ontvangst erg mooie kamer mooi zwembad, perfect gewoon ik beoordeel dit hotel als heel positief met het cijfer 10.

There is no way on God's green earth this is a four star hotel. From the moment we arrived we ran into problems within our rooms. The air conditioning in my room was broken - I went downstairs to inform reception, and they sent a 'technician' who tried turning it on using the remote control. Unsurprisingly to nobody, it did not turn on, at which point he turned to me and said "No good". You don't say, mate. He said he will come back tomorrow to fix it at 08:00 - he never came back. I informed reception again of the problem and they said they would send somebody to fix it, yet this never happened. Next door, in my mate's room, there was a strange odour. It was as if something had gone off within the fridge. The door to the veranda wouldn't lock, so I yet again informed reception, the same 'technician' came along and he said "It doesn't lock". Yes, that's right, they cannot be bothered to fix it - goodness knows how long it has been like that. This isn't a door to a balcony, by the way - this is a door to an area ANYBODY can access. This was especially problematic considering my room did not have a safe, so I had to use the safe in my mate's room. Reception had the cheek to attempt to charge us to use the safe - under normal circumstances I probably wouldn't have cared, but when they didn't even attempt to fix the back door, that was just a bridge too far. Also, the safe wasn't screwed down - I was able to pick it up with my bare hands. Absolutely extraordinary. The TV in that room wouldn't switch on. The remote control was battered and taped back together. We transferred the batteries from the air conditioning remote control into the TV remote, and that appeared to fix it, but then it just stopped completely. Breakfast was absolutely dire. I don't really have much more to say about it. We suffered through breakfast there on the first morning and decided to go next door to the Dominium cafe for the next three days, where breakfast was excellent. My advice to anybody looking to book this place is quite straightforward - just book somewhere else. Book a hotel closer to the beach, and do your homework because it would appear star ratings in Morocco are all over the place.

Suite au séisme à Marrakech j’ai demandé un remboursement à l’hôtel et c’est confirmé. J’attends toujours mon remboursement.
