Es ist gar nicht leicht, dieses Hotel zu bewerten. Das Hotel an sich ist sehr gut, die Zimmer sind geräumig, das Frühstück ausgezeichnet, am Pool zu liegen ist sehr angenehm. Nur weswegen kommt man den hauptsächlich in ein Hotel? Um zu schlafen. Und das ging gar nicht gut!Neben dem Hotel ist ein Club mit sehr lauter Musik bis weit nach Mitternacht. Bis nachts um 3 konnte ich wegen dem Krach nicht einschlafen. Deswegen bin ich nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel geblieben und habe nicht verlängert.

Nunca más volveré porque el Sergio fatal limpieza también y el trato muy malo al llegar nos dijeron que no tenías los niños incluidos yo tenía les dije que sí que los tengo después nos dijeron que no tenéis el desayuno les hemos dicho que si lo tenemos osea fatal

Im Allgemeinen war wir sehr zufrieden. Es wurden jeden Tag neue Handtücher gewechselt das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gewischt, der Service war sehr gut  werde beim nächsten Mal wiederkommen. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen

We used the airport transportation serviceyou recommended. Before boarding,both you and the driver confirmed the fare would be 150 MAD. However,upon arrival at the airport, the driver demanded 170 MAD (20 MAD for luggage). While 20MAD may not seem significant,I was extremely disappointed by this lack of clarity and accuracy in your service.Furthermore, the driver's attitude was unacceptable, leading to anunpleasant argument at the airport.This was an overall disappointingexperience.

This was our first 永安 to Agadir with a 2 year old. We would most certainly return, lovely staff who were friendly, approachable at all times. The hotel were renovating the outdoor area whilst we were here, I believe these renovations have been ongoing for a while. It would have been nice to be able to access the rear of the hotel to be able to walk across to the beach. I would suggest the hotel consider child entertainment- this was the only downfall of this hotel - nothing for children to do.

Really good experience. Breakfast was adequate , Mr. Mohamed, the restaurant manager was very hospitable. The entire staff was friendly & also was able to give us a free upgrade to the room with view. Although the WiFi was not the best in the room, we were ok. Overall, a good stay for a 3 day 永安. Great location (9min walk from the beach).

Me and my girlfriend were refused to check in because we didn’t have marriage certificate , so we asked if they will refund us . The receptionist claimed of course they will once the manager arrives . Until now for two months we haven’t received our refund even 永安 keeps refusing to help and cooperate with the matter !

El hotel tiene un absoluto descontrol. La primera habitación que me dieron no tenía toallas y en vez de traermelas, me cambiaron a otra habitación que estaba sucia, en la cama había dormido alguien y en vez de cambiar las sábanas, hicieron la cama, había pelos en las sábanas y me cambiaron a otra habitación, en ésta había cucarachas. Decían que solo tenían abierta la planta de abajo por ser temporada baja pero a su vez subía gente a otras plantas. Pedí una toalla en la piscina y me dijeron que usara la de mi habitación, sin embargo en recepción estaban dando toallas de piscina. Pregunté en recepción a qué hora cerraba el restaurante el viernes al hacer el check in y me dijeron que ya estaba cerrado, sin embargo bajé y estaba abierto. La piscina tiene el agua sucia. El baño tiene los apliques viejos y oxidados. Por último pedí una toalla para la ducha y me dijeron que no, que como yo era una sola persona y tenía 2 toallas que usara una. Todo fue un despropósito. Trabajadores con olor a alcohol discutiendo entre ellos... Hablé con una trabajadora y le comenté que había cucarachas y me dijo que si tenía fotos pues en ese momento no, pero al día siguiente sí. Nada recomendable, caro y malo.

My wife and I had an amazing 永安 and stay at Hamilton Agadir. It is walking distance from the beach and a lot of shops/food spots. The staff was very hospitable. we really enjoyed the pool/pool bar area. Most of all I would like to shout out the restaurant manager Mohamad. He really was a help with us getting things taken care of during our stay and even had great food recommendations. He is a great manager.

The hotel is located in a good location, around 20min walk from the beach. The rooms are spacious. Staff are polite and welcoming. Loads of clubs next to the hotel. McDonald’s and Pizza Hut across the road from hotel.

My wife and I had an amazing 永安 and stay at Hamilton Agadir. It is walking distance from the beach and a lot of shops/food spots.
