Our stay at Secret Garden was amazing! The serene ambiance, delicious food, and exceptional service made it a perfect retreat. The staff were warm, attentive, and ensured our comfort throughout. Everything, from the well-maintained property to the flavorful meals, exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for a peaceful and relaxing getaway!

Arrangement by makemy永安 was awful. The room which i booked was not allotted and the good rooms were not shown. I was not able to reach out to customer care too. These were barely resorts but support staff were too helpful which made my days

The room was good. But the location and the in house restaurant was further away from the rooms. The approach to the rooms through the passage was narrow and the railing for that was low. Which is a safety issue. The steel staircase was narrow and difficult to move up due to the narrow treads. Staff was polite and friendly. But the provisions could be improved.

The location is good but all the things are limited including minerals water only two bottles for 3 days stay, limited breakfasts and the complimentary items are only available for first of stay.

Pros- property is right next to beach. Courteous staff, they provided requested room without hassle. Restaurant food is delicious with reasonable prices. We stayed in this hotel with our 2. 5 years daughter and they provided food items as per the request and customisation without hesitation which made our stay pleasant. Cons- bathroom exhaust fan was not working so it there was fishy smell in bathroom

Beachfront, beautiful place, comfortable cottages, calm, peaceful and less crowded place. This hotel is indeed a hidden paradise with comprehensive amenities. The attention to detail in each aspect of the experience truly sets it apart.
