Extremely disappointed with ITC. The brand has completely lost its credibility. The staff was poorly trained, the food was terrible, and the stay was far from comfortable. Definitely not booking here again.

My stay at ITC Mughal, Agra was fantastic. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout. The beautiful Mughal-style architecture, gardens, and peaceful atmosphere added to the experience. The spa was relaxing, and the food, especially at Peshawri, was delicious. Plus, the hotel is close to the Taj Mahal, making it a great place to stay. Overall, a wonderful experience, highly recommended!

Room was smelling like mold, couldn’t sleep whole night had to change room 3 am in morning. I had to leave unrested in meetings

The ITC Mughal was an incredible stay! We have been travelling round the world for the last few months and the Bed in our room was by far the comfiest of them all! Make sure to check out Peswhari restaurant. The lamb shank and Black Daal are must trys!!! Unbelievable!
Also, there is actually 2 swimming pools, ignore the central one and head to the pool next to the spa, so much nicer!

Não conseguimos dormir...gente a gritar a noite toda, parecia uma feira. Será que o staff do hotel apenas se preocupa em receber os clientes e não assegura o seu conforto permanente? Como é possível haver música alta num quarto, gente a bater com portas e a falar alto nos corredores durante toda a noite????
Este é um hotel da cadeia Starwood...(???)
