The pillow and bed sheet were dirty. There was a lot of dust on the telephone. Toilet is also not clean and we tried to contact with kitchen staff, no one was attending calls in the kitchen.

The staff at madhushrie hotel was friendly and cooperative, but the cleanliness of the rooms and washrooms was a major disappointment. The condition did not match the photos shown online, which felt misleading. Overall, an unsatisfactory experience and not worth the price.

One of the #bhikari hotel i have ever seen and stayed at. Pathetic rooms, they do not even maintain basic hygiene. Damn dirty bedsheet, damaged pillow cover, blanket was stinking a lot, worst room ambiance, walls full of ceiling, dirty washroom, pathetic food. I'm not getting the right word for this wahiyat hotel. please don't ever stay at this hotel or take any service from them. They don't even listen to your complaint solution to dour ki baat ha.

Hotel very different from pictures uploaded. No proper cleaning, tv not working, very small rooms. Food rates in their resturant too high. Pathetic staff and very rude behaviour.

When i reached ***** with my wife, the whole reception area was filled with sofas and chairs covered with white sheets and paint buckets. Even the lift entrance was blocked by a sofa and had toh enter the lift going around it. The room was smelling badly with newly done paint and every room was in same status so there was no use changing it. Bed side table was in bad condition and every chair and side table was covered in paint stains. Room didn't looked at all like it is chow n in images. Tap in wash basin in bathroom was giving mud black water and slow as if its going to stop. All in all not a good family stay experience!

Again my experience gone worst with 永安 because hotel and there rooms are unhygienic. Electric kettle & mini bar was not in room. No swimming pool, no bar and no recreation room also there.
