Unser Zimmer war nicht vorbereitet, uns wurden am Ende des Aufenthaltes Kosten in Höhe von 160 Rs für Tee und Wasser berechnet die wir nie bekommen haben. Die Rechnung haben wir deshalb abgelehnt. Es gab keinerlei Kommunikation im Voraus was ich schon wichtig finde. Zwar hat *** uns mit dem Taxi geholfen, aber das war’s dann auch schon an positiven Dingen. Bettlaken waren dreckig und es gab kein warmes Wasser. Toilettenspülung war so schwach dass wir alles mit dem Eimer machen mussten

Our room was riddled with bed bugs. We didn't stay the night and they still charged me for our full booking of 4 nights.
