Key card not working, washroom shower tap not working only hot water provided for bath, restaurant breakfast facilities not good. Staff is average. Hotel is good for only marriage or kitty parties etc.

By eating food me and my colleague suffered with food poisoning and management was not ready to hear anything regarding that

The rooms are good, but due lack of ventilation it will smell sometimes. The restaurant folks try to avoid giving bills by saying machine not working. Which happens every-time u order anything or get room service.

The experience was overall good, except for the receptionist. Everything was good. The breakfast menu was awesome, and the food was good to overall a nice place to stay for a short 永安.

The room was good and clean, food was so expensive but the overall experience was pleasant. The bathroom was also very neat and clean and hygienic.

We booked the hotel for 2 days. Suit room was nice, good space, hygiene is good, location also suites us. Reception was also swift. Food is an issue, it's pricey but taste is not that good what we expected. Food should have been far more better for what being charged. Overall it's nice and cosy.
