Service was not up to the mark, mattresses and bedsheets were not clean. The washroom was dirty. The food was expensive and not that great, almost everything was undercooked...

My stay in hotel taj pearl was average not as expected. Hotel is not well maintained. Condition of the pool was not up to the mark. On the first day of my stay food was not good but got better on the second day.

The hand spray of the commode in toil e twas on the left side which was absurd and arduous to use. I extended my stay for one day and they charged me exorbitantly. Geyser for hot water in the evening time was not working. Over all it was pathetic to stay advised to stay away from such hotel

Room was clean and nice staff were friendly and helpful front office manager mr jitendra help me to buy on line taj mahal tickets. Food taste excellent.

The room was decent. Location is fine as well, but booking taxis/autos is a headache. Basic necessities can be available at the room while allotting the room.

Stay is good. The rooms are cozy and clean. Staff is welcoming and very courteous. The food is excellent and the service is very good. The hotel could improve on providing complementary stuff in rooms like dental kits, mineral water, etc. The plumbing in bathrooms can be improved. The shower head was jammed due to scaling. Taps and fittings could be cleaner. There could be a glass partition between the bathing area and other bathroom spaces. Otherwise the stay was enjoyable.
