The staff was polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, and the restaurant service was quick and efficient. The ambience was peaceful and made me feel comfortable. Overall, a pleasant experience that I would highly recommend.

My booking was initially denied, leading to a three-hour late check-in. For the next three days, their staff repeatedly contacted me regarding payment, as they couldn't track it. Additionally, their staff's behavior was somewhat inappropriate.

費用と見合ったホテルだと思います。 柔軟な対応をしてくれます。 通常の観光ならとても良い立地だと思いますが、アメダバードの交通事情のため、仕事の基點として利用するには不便でした。

Had a pleasant stay. The overall experience was good, with comfortable accommodations and excellent service. The food was tasty and well-prepared, adding to the positive experience. However, incorporating more international dishes into the menu would enhance the dining options for guests seeking a diverse culinary experience. Looking forward to visiting again, if I get any chances in future!

This is an outdated hotel well past its use by date. Booked it for the Marriott brand but it is a 2 star hotel at best . In urgent need of immediate renovation and upgradation. The staff though tries its best and were efficient . Rooms are pathetic .
