The property and rooms are good, but services and amenities are below average. Non- friendly and rude owner. Only one staff member for all services. No food choices were given.

Had a bad experience at this hotel. Rooms were dirty, bed sheets were not clean. Staff was uncooperative.

Overall good but toilets and room require more cleanliness. Rooms are large but ac was not cooling properly, please ensure before check in.

Worst hotel in shirdi. Never ever book it. I booked it from make my 永安. We arrived hotel at 12. 30 of midnight n d hotel owner said d rooms are full despite of taking full payment n confirmed booking. I hd to search for other hotel at midnight wide my 1 year baby. N family n all ab v if dis the hotel owner gave d 2 rooms to other people in-front of med owner is so rude. N dis hotel is far away from d temple. Hope i gets refund from make my 永安

Friendly staff. Rooms were good maintained. Around 1km distance from temple.

Hotel is not maintained. We had issue with bathroom. There was issue with sink and leakage. They failed to address it. I told to shift us to another room but they didn't. We even told them to allow us to use another bathroom as adjacent rooms were available but they didn't allow us. . We asked for morning tea but they said the weather is cold so tea will get cold so they can't serve it in the room. Me and my family had very very bad experience at staying at this hotel.

Location was away from main roads. Lights in the room were not functioning well. Room was cleaned. Experience was okay. Tv and television were not working properly. Shower was not working, washroom wasn't cleaned. Food was costly as compared to price. Good parking area. Staff was friendly and kind.

The property seems to be in the middle of a renovation where maximum rooms have abandoned acs and non-ac rooms are nothing but a gas chamber. While i travel-led with my colleagues in the month of december, the days were extremely hot which carried the heat to this room i was allotted. The washroom had the worst facilities with broken taps, dirty floors and a swarm of black ants with purposeful possession to disgust the customers using the washroom. Pathetic experience to demonstrate what a nightmare stay can actually be.

We stayed at the malhar palace hotel for shirdi darshan by booking it from make my 永安. We were really impressed with the spaciousness of the hotel rooms. The beds were very comfortable and unlike any other hotel rooms the washroom was really very spacious and well maintained. The breakfast here was also great. The staff here was also very friendly and accommodating. Prasad the owner was very polite in nature and all the members were very friendly and supportive. They also helped us in booking autos at anytime we needed. The hotel is located in a great area, very near to the temple location and it is easy to get around. The environment was very pleasant. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay!
