We stayed at this transient house during our 3-day 永安 to Hundred Islands, and it was honestly one of the best budget-friendly places we’ve booked. We only paid ₱2,520.76 for 3 days and 2 nights for two people, which was super sulit considering the comfort and convenience of the place. What we loved most was the peaceful atmosphere. The area is quiet and relaxing, perfect after a long day of island hopping and exploring Alaminos. The location is also very convenient since it’s only around a 15–20 minute walk to Lucap Wharf, the main jump-off point for the Hundred Islands tour. The room and surroundings were clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. The caretaker was also very accommodating and approachable throughout our stay, making us feel welcomed and assisted whenever we needed something. If you’re looking for an affordable yet comfortable place to stay near Hundred Islands, we would definitely recommend this transient house. It’s a great option for travelers who want a peaceful stay without spending too much.

Pour nous le lieu a fait l'affaire pour deux nuits. Nous sommes venus dans l'optique de faire uniquement les 100 îles et c'était très bien placé nous avons pu nu rendre au port à pied. Il y avait un 7-11 pas très loin et quelques restaurants mais c'était très limité... La chambre était propre bien qu'il y avait quelques remontées d'odeur dans la salle de bain au moment des évacuations d'eau (chasse et évier). La literie était bien quelques coqs présents le matin mais comme partout et climatisation top. Point négatifs pas d'eau chaude au vu du prix pas terrible (pas d'eau chaude du tout genre il y a pas d'installation pour l'eau chaude) A notre arrivée le personnel ne semblait pas savoir qui nous étions et avait carrément l'air réticent à nous donner la chambre même après avoir montré ma réservation ainsi que mon passeport. C'était vraiment surprenant, agaçant et vraiment lunaire comme situation ... Nous avions prévenu et échangé avec eux de notre heure d'arrivée tout aurait dû être "fluide" mais non... Nous avons même cru que nous n'avions pas la chambre que nous avions réservée et payer c'est dire ... Mis à part cela ça allait, eau chaude et tasse à disposition dans les parties communes. Réfrigérateur (payant...) Quelques coupures d'électricités mais c'est souvent le cas aux Philippines.. Le logement nous a suffit pour deux nuits bien que le rapport qualité prix nous a pas réjouis...

New, well kept with nice finishing touches inside. Very close to 100 Islands Gateway and quiet property. Great for couples/traveler’s to get to the Isla da and affordable short term stay.
