The hotel is conveniently located as it is a few minutes walk to Lucap Warf. Rooms are spacious and clean. It would be better if there was a mirror in the room and not just the bathroom so when someone is showering at least they don't need to wait to use the mirror. From experience booking from a third party site like 永安 or booking offers lower rates than booking directly to the hotel.

The room is clean. Very accomodating staffs. And the pool, kids love it! Thank you proxy

The reception was good. It was a smooth transaction when I arrived. The room was hot when I got into it. I found that the staff wasn’t trained properly & seems like I have to ask for every thing. I was there for 4 days & they never replenished my water bottle. The bed was a bit hard but comfortable enough. The breakfast was ok. I was very disappointed when I had to ask numerous times for my change when I booked a boat through them to go to hundred islands. I paid 500 pesos for convenience fee for them to organise the 永安 & evrytime I asked for my change back they keep telling me that they have to ask the boatman first, then the guard, then the department of tourism and various excuses. I didn’t get a direct answer until the next day. I trusted them to do the transaction smoothly that’s the reason I paid for the convenience fee. I would’ve done the job myself & preferred to give the boatman the 500 pesos as he really looked after me for the whole day. The hotel is Brand new but needs some more decor in the room & have an air conditioning working in the lift & the foyer. The restaurant staff wasn’t as friendly but accomodating. They seems all so uptight & doesn’t practice common sense. The most disappointing part of my stay is the designated smoking area. It was in the motorcycle parking lot & way out, outside of the hotel. I didn’t feel safe going out for a smoke as it’s also a bit dark & there’s rubbish everywhere. The ashtray was full of other rubbish & the garbage bin was full for all the time I was there. I’m writing this all as a productive criticism for an improvement for my next stay & for other guests that will be staying in the future. Otherwise the hotel is nice, great pool overlooking the hundred islands the gym was ok . The hotel transfer was also nice but I have to asked first. I hope it’ll be better next time I stay. Advantages: Many people have written about them, and I'll mention two more. The outdoor server was very polite, and the hairdryer had a strong wind speed. Drawbacks 1. Breakfast options are limited 4/4 breakfast at 6:10 AM, with many dishes missing. 4/5 Breakfast Everything is fine 2. The bathroom has very little water, with hot water alternating between cold and hot. 3. Check out at 9:55 AM and let me stand for 30 minutes. There is only one counter attendant. Not seeing other people help was very deductible. 優點 上面很多人寫 再提兩個 外場服務員很有禮貌 吹風機 風速大 缺點 1. 早餐 選擇性很少 4/4早餐6:10進去用餐 很多菜都沒補上 4/5 早餐 一切正常 2. 浴室水量很小 熱水忽冷忽熱 3.早上9:55退房 讓我站30分 櫃枱小姐才一位 沒有看到其他人員幫忙 很扣分

The place is new and having 3rd party listing in 永安. com can get better deal, as if you just walk in will charge you their regular price very pricey as they just next to the wharf marina going to hundred Island, the room is excellent clean and had a nice size bathroom with bedit, hot water and great water pressure, firm comfortable bid and big soft pillow and heavy blanket.  The staff is very helpful and polite accommodating, big size pool not heated but comfortable. I would stay this place again if ever we return to alaminos, its just sad that this war crisis is affecting the business and people livelilyhood.

在hundred island的碼頭旁邊，位置是最大的亮點，另外有泳池和健身房，都不錯

It was okay. But for that price you could get a 4 star stay in Thailand.

Very clean, modern design, wonderful sea view

Nothing so special here just the beachfront view.
