The internet at this hotel doesn’t work. That’s kind of a basic necessity. Otherwise it was fine. The ceiling in pool area was also falling apart.

Great room, great employees, great amenities. The pool was smaller sized, but fine if it isn’t crowded. The breakfast?! Amazing. They had a parfait bar - I am a “healthier” person and the yogurt bar was a great touch. The menu rotates daily and they had nightly treats at the front desk (cookies, muffins). Alsooo - a coffee machine that makes 12 different options including ESPRESSO.

I reserved a specific room with specific amount of beds and a jacuzzi only reason we payed the amount we did and the only reason we stayed at this hotel is because the room guaranteed a jacuzzi. But instead we were giving the smallest cheapest room there was with a small bed and a tiny bathroom. We were treated like trash by the workers and especially the front desk staff! And they still charged us the suite price for the sub par tiny room they gave us. They should have refunded us and gave us a room for free

Our room was clean, bed was super comfortable & the jacuzzi bath tub worked amazing! My 4 year old son absolutely loved it! The hotel has a good laid back vibe. We will continue to go back.
